I quit sugar over 20 years ago after a breast cancer diagnosis. Switched to organic and pastured foods only. Went strict keto when my insulin levels started creeping up 8+ years ago. Guess I was eating too many fruits, high carb veggies and organic grains. Perfect bloodwork and no cravings now. I’ve been in menopause since chemo and have never developed menopause belly and my weight has never varied from 115 lbs. I’m aiming for a healthy 120 years.

The death of the dollar will remove with it much crap. It will probs remove me too but I really don't care, if I get to watch all these evil mofos die from lack of bribe payments and removing the lobbyists from the halls of congress. Die dollar die.

Thanks John. My grandmother came from Romania in 1914, to Canada. The following year the Fed was comprimised (USA) and the dollar was essentially devalued. So the whole of her life and my mothers and mine have been squandered to this bad dollar. I feel lucky to be alive to see this bad chapter coming to an end. Lucky to understand it. best

I read a book by an Australian doctor 20 years ago, called Slim Forever. Been on the above based diet for years...never looked back. Now I am struggling (ice cream every night) but I make it myself...and have taken most of the sugar out...Dairy is my downfall...love heavy cream/cheeses (goat and feta), and ice cream.

Bacterial aged cheese, like Roqueford and blue cheese, are all good like butter. Great for building the good bacteria in your gut.
