The Food Industry makes processed food that causes the problem, Big Pharma makes drugs to treat the problem, Big Medical feeds off the problem….highly profitable for the Triad. They all understand highly processed food is loaded with carbohydrates(sugar)and sugars that I believe are the biggest cause of health issues we have in the U.S. because the comorbidities are Heart Disease, Diabetes, Obesity, etc, etc. etc.
So why not educate and regulate. Our Government should be putting up billboards with “SUGAR KILLS”. Why don’t they. Follow the Money…money…money!
Why doesn’t Government step in with reasonable reasonable regulations and major education efforts. Instead they say use self control to reduce your toxic sugar addiction…..knowing full well that doesn’t work. Infact, our Government turns around and does the opposite, it recommends carbohydrates (sugar) as the major part of our diets.
The Government says, count calories and that it is simply a matter of self control of for reducing your sugar intake, ignoring the facts that carbohydrates converts directly to sugar in your body, and then any excess to fat. Sugar is more addictive than heroin and makes the addicted fat and sick. Highly processed carbohydrates simply make the the pieces smaller so it converts to sugar quicker….it all converts to sugar.
The Washington swamp elected officials are wined and dined, receiving big reelection money. About 3/4 of a trillion dollars to control regulations is spent by the Health Industries nearly 3000 lobbyist, including efforts to vote against and downplay the toxicity and danger of sugar and carbs. Who would want to put up or to pass a Bill that takes away harmless Fruit Loops and Cocoa Puffs from the grandkids?

Our Government has openly been recommending more than 50% of your diet be carbohydrates(sugar) for decades…over 50 years. Close to the same time our friend Fauci got in office. I don’t believe there was a single real research study done in making the Nutritional Pyramid. It is virtually upside down.

If you think in terms of cause and effect, then sugar and carbs are the first step to a weakened immune system and the cause of many subsequent diseases and deaths that follow.

Waiting around and expecting to get carb and sugar warnings from any of the TRIAD members or our Government is joke. They are making hundreds of billions keeping you fat and sick.
Personal Suggestion……If you want to stay healthy and trim……just buy all of your food on the perimeter of the Supermarket, not from the center isles of frozen, canned , and packaged highly processed food loaded with carbs and sugar. The perimeter is where you normally will find coolers for fresh produce, cheese, butter, meat, and fish.
It is simple…when you go to a Supermarket don’t wander into the high carb and high sugar boxed, canned, and frozen food isles….normally all the center isles…..and you will be healthier, lose weight, and live longer.

I quit sugar over 20 years ago after a breast cancer diagnosis. Switched to organic and pastured foods only. Went strict keto when my insulin levels started creeping up 8+ years ago. Guess I was eating too many fruits, high carb veggies and organic grains. Perfect bloodwork and no cravings now. I’ve been in menopause since chemo and have never developed menopause belly and my weight has never varied from 115 lbs. I’m aiming for a healthy 120 years.
The death of the dollar will remove with it much crap. It will probs remove me too but I really don't care, if I get to watch all these evil mofos die from lack of bribe payments and removing the lobbyists from the halls of congress. Die dollar die.
