. If there is any good that has come out of the COVID pandemic it is exposing the CDC, FDA, Medical establishments, and Big Pharma crime syndicate. It is the realization that treating diseases is all about making money and little to do with humanity. There is no profit in their doing further research on a chemical you can buy in your grocery store that would cost less than a penny a day for treatment.
I mix bicarb with coconut oil and peppermint oil and use it as toothpaste. My dental hygenist is always amazed at how little there is to do during my annual tooth cleaning.
Something is not right. It is true the baking soda is alkaline. However human body has an extraordinarily effective tools to keep pH in blood, within a very narrow range, close to 7.0. Therefore consuming baking soda will eventually flood the body with counteractive acids. Opposite is true: consuming acids, like vinegar, will cause body to release calcium which is alkaline to balance blood pH. One may not be able to detect these chemical changes analyzing blood, but analyzing urine will show exactly that: taking baking soda will acidity your urine
I've read fairly recently that we shouldn't take baking soda more than twice/week.
So maybe just a bit. But it's clear that vinegar is healthy and good... organic apple cider vinegar is the best, and just a wee bit every day, in water. I use the white vinegar for cleaning-- it's harsh.
All baking soda comes right out of the ground — well, technically, we mine the minerals nahcolite and trona, both of which can be refined into soda ash (sodium carbonate, for my chemistry-minded friends). And soda ash begets baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) by cooking it at 200 degrees for about an hour, as well as a slew of other products, from glass to cloth to paper. Lucky for us, the world’s largest deposit of trona just happens to be right here in the U.S.: Wyoming’s Green River Basin, to be specific, which supplies 90 percent of the nation’s soda ash. California has a few lodes too, and we also have a rich bed of nahcolite in Colorado. Go USA!
Hey, so I looked for answers to how much is too much of baking soda... There don't seem to be a whole lot of warnings about it, just not to "overdo it" on any one given day... It is a DETOXING agent, so perhaps the thing I saw about keeping it to twice/week was from Bad Guys, or maybe just overly-cautious... I can't think it's going to be a problem unless we get SUPER overboard... Half a teaspoon in warm water every day just doesn't seem like a scary thing to me... Prudence and ... Do Thine Own Research, Always and Forever, and get your info first hand... That's my motto, anyway. ^_^
Bicarb is simply too easy to dig out of the ground. Arm & Hammer cornered the market some 70 years ago with competitors arriving and departing mainly because it's a very low margin chemical business. The box actually costs more than the product. Believe as you wish but aside from clever marketing, it's still bicarb all produced much the same. Would not surprise me to see competitors buy in bulk from A&H to rebrand and use clever marketing.
I use Bicarb for so many things that I worry about availability and have stocked up! The subject of alkalinity is complex and I think everyone should read Dr. Robert Young's extensive explanations about how it works for and against us.
Interesting point….you can make chorine dioxide, which is considered hazardous, by mixing salt and hydrochloric acid. Or stomach acid is hydrochloric acid. Baking soda would reduce the production.
Chlorine dioxide is used ubiquitously in the water and food industries and at doses less than 100 ppm is safe for human consumption. The EPA and FDA have studied its safety extensively because it is used to clean water and kill all pathogens on veges and fruits. Sodium chlorite is a synthetic salt that, when activated with an Acid like 4% HCL or citric acid, it forms chlorine dioxide gas which is highly soluble in water.
You should really watch the documentary. The pdf cites all the research material with hyperlinks.
Alright, but I'm not downloading a damn thing from the CDC. Nor any other govt. bollocks, lol. Thanks for your effort tho, and the post is a good post.

Apple cider vinegar is awesome for so many things-Bragg’s is what I buy, and it lasts a long time!
I always add it to my bbq sauce.
Yes! I buy Bragg's, too. But... don't mix it with the baking soda!!!!
Like DUH 🤪!
Hey, ya never know these days. ;)
🤪
the body has different PH in different areas, yes the blood is tightly controlled but the gut has a different PH
Good post!
I have read recently that baking soda twice/week is suggested, and more can be a bit too much.
I'll try to look into this...
And another good thing about it is it works GREAT for laundry... pretty damn cheap, too. I rarely use anything else. Salt is a great cleaner...
I believe arm and hammer brand is synthetic vs bob is natually derived so keep this in mind.

Synthetic ?? It's basically SALT... How could they-- Never mind. I'll look into it, too. Thanks!

Thanks!
you can reduce arthritic symptoms by going keto/carnivore.
most importantly avoid grains, take D3 with K2 mk4 and 7
WOW! That’s so awesome! I have arthritis and I’m going to try this! Thank you for the great information. God bless you.
Be careful with how much you take. Read above comment from Coolguy, he might be on to something.
The recommended 1/2 teaspoon a day on an empty stomach isn’t too much.
You should investigate the universal antidote.
