I mix bicarb with coconut oil and peppermint oil and use it as toothpaste. My dental hygenist is always amazed at how little there is to do during my annual tooth cleaning.

Something is not right. It is true the baking soda is alkaline. However human body has an extraordinarily effective tools to keep pH in blood, within a very narrow range, close to 7.0. Therefore consuming baking soda will eventually flood the body with counteractive acids. Opposite is true: consuming acids, like vinegar, will cause body to release calcium which is alkaline to balance blood pH. One may not be able to detect these chemical changes analyzing blood, but analyzing urine will show exactly that: taking baking soda will acidity your urine
