Big Pharma’s approach to Covid 19 has exposed the Fundamental Deadly Flaw in Biotech Medicine
Oh, the old "eat a peck of dirt" saying! Grandma was onto something there. The idea is that exposure to a bit of dirt and germs can actually be beneficial for your immune system. It's like a little training program for your body's defenses. Think of it as nature's vaccination program, minus the needle and the lollipop at the end.
Despite the overwhelming evidence supporting natural health approaches, Big Pharma has a vested interest in reducing medical regulations to allow biotechnology into medicine, including its adverse effects. Natural health approaches cannot be patented and thus are less favored in a medical system driven by profit, arrogance, and the disregard of risks. In the end, the biotech agenda is self-destructive. This is best exemplified by the impact of the Covid virus and mRNA vaccines, both of which were developed through biotechnology.
Research indicates that the benefits of exercise, a diet rich in whole foods, a positive environment, and meditation surpass the effects of medication by more than tenfold. Furthermore, these natural approaches harmonize with the body's intrinsic balance, promoting overall well-being by influencing genetic expression positively. This means they enhance the body's inherent intelligence and immune functions rather than disrupting them.
The question we should be asking is how many millions have died over the last five decades, because our government medical establishment and big Pharma having hidden and/or ignored the real damage cause by vaccines in favor of gain of money and power. Congress needs to demand a true independent study of long term affects of vaccines.

I always hate reading statements like this:
"Research indicates that the benefits of exercise, a diet rich in whole foods, a positive environment, and meditation surpass the effects of medication by more than tenfold."
This statement implies there are benefits to all the medications. Somewhat less than one-tenth the benefits of the natural methods mentioned, but that's still considerable benefit. Actually, as medications have proliferated, we've become LESS healthy. It seems the medications are a net harm, rather than any benefit at all.
Of course SOME medications, like an antibiotic when you have a serious infection, have much benefit, even more IMO than natural methods in many cases. It's reasonable to infer the quoted statement was speaking collectively though, comparing natural means vs meds, averaged across the board.
