How Dumb Do We Have To Be
Our Government says sugar is bad …it kills, but recommends that we should get 45 to 65% of nutrition calories from carbohydrates every day.
Carbohydrates are sugar and made of lots of simple sugars molecules strung together.
Carbohydrates turn into glucose blood sugar and fat.
Excess carbohydrates are stored as fat.
Excess carbohydrates cause excess glucose which clamps down on the production of a kidney hormone that triggers the production of red blood cells weakening your immune system.
High blood sugar causes high insulin production and Diabetes.
High sugar damages red blood cells
Excess fat stores a lot of those billions of excess deadly “spike proteins” you get when you get injected with mRNA COVID-19 vaccines releasing them back into your system over time destroying you organs.
Virtually all processed food in grocery stores and fast food is high in carbohydrates and sugar to enhance taste and make you addicted. ….a famous potato chip ad brags…you can’t stop eating them.
Our Government and the Medical Establishment knows all this and recommends that we should get 45 to 65% of calories from carbohydrates every day.
Their Solution to control …..”be more responsible and count your calories”. I wonder how much the food industry had to pay in Congressional re-election donates to get that recommended.
We are graduating kids that can’t pass third grade math and we expect them to count calories.
What can go wrong here……it already has.

No carbohydrates before 5 pm...then you can have a small portion or potatoes or ice cream...basically Harris says you have to put your body into starvation mode (ketosis) but not constantly...(that's why you plateau with Atkins) you give it a little carbs at dinner and then start all over the next day.
